ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Our factory runs and operates the following departments:

  1. ADMINSTRATION: This department shall comprise the General Manager, the Administrative Manager, the company secretary and some other administrative staff.
  2. OPERATIONS/ PRODUCTION: Operations/ Production Managers head this department. Other important Officers of this department shall include Operations/ plant Superintendent.
  3. ACCOUNT/FINANCE: This department handles the financial and accounting operations of the company and would be headed by the Chief Accountant.
  4. QUALITY CONTROL; Well trained quality control officers are available to ensure that our products standards meet international best practise.
  5. MARKETING:  The marketing department will be responsible for developing sound marketing and sales policies for the company; it will also take charge of procurement and supply matters of the company.  The department is headed by the Marketing Manager.
